He has worked at Coco-Cola and American Modern Insurance where he has led large Information Technology engagements. Mr. Pema has also engaged with the startup community to help startup businesses grow in many areas, being a entrepreneur himself for the last 14 years. Ketan has a proven track record encompassing sales & marketing, branding, and developing operational staff.

Mr. Pema maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape. He is keenly aware of opportunities for market expansion and development, new industry opportunities and constraints, as well as industry standards and compliance.
